Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with all accessories and parts.
• Please keep your order number or invoice as proof of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, personal-use items that have been opened or used (such as swimming caps, goggles, earplugs, mouthguards and supports/braces) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Items that have been assembled, installed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange or refund it, and we will cover the delivery cost.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item under the conditions above. The customer pays the delivery/pickup fee for change-of-mind returns.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +974 5998 3718 with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We will confirm the return and arrange pickup or drop-off.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we will process the exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method (cash for cash-on-delivery orders) within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.
